HANDMADE KITCHEN KNIVES
Orchard Steel is a small family run bladesmith shop located in Shelburne, Vermont where we build handmade carbon steel kitchen knives. Starting with simply a bar of steel and a block of wood, each knife is crafted entirely in house--from the forging of the blade to the shaping of the handle. We take pride in creating knives that are functional, beautiful and made to last.
